We aim to provide you with the best facilities and a peaceful park in which to relax and enjoy your holiday amongst the best of New Zealand’s scenery. Our park is suitable for all types of holiday makers including families, couples, groups and solo travellers. The area is renowned for its unspoiled beauty and historical significance.

We seek your cooperation with the following policies. They are to ensure your stay and the stay of all other guests is as enjoyable as possible.
ACCOUNTS:
Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payment is required for the full time booked.AFTER HOURS BELL:
This is located outside the front door of reception and is to be used for late arrivals and urgent after hours enquiries. You may also call our park mobile phone if you prefer on 02 7511 4023.ALCOHOL:
The consumption of alcohol within the park is restricted to your unit or site. Please do not walk around the premises with open alcoholic beverages.BOAT RAMP:
A ramp permit is needed to use the ramp facilities, permits are available at reception.CHECK - IN:
After 2pm for all units and cabins. After 11am for powered and unpowered sites.CHECK - OUT:
Before 10am on the day of your departure. An extended stay can often be arranged - just come and see us at reception before 10am to check availability.CONDUCT:
To ensure all our guests have a great holiday, please use consideration at all times throughout your stay. Excessive noise or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.DUMP STATION:
Waste from portable toilets must be disposed of in one of two dump stations provided (see map for locations).EMERGENCIES:

Unfortunately, no fires are allowed. This includes fireworks. Gas BBQs are permitted.FISHING:
A Taupo Fishery fishing licence is necessary to fish in Lake Taupo and surrounding rivers and lakes. Licenses are able to be purchased online at www.doc.govt.nz.FOOD:
Food stored in communal kitchen is at your own risk. Please ensure all items are clearly marked with your name and departure date. The fridges will be cleared weekly and anything unmarked will be discarded.GAS BBQ:
Located next to the camp kitchens on both hillside and lakeside, please refer to map.KAYAK & SUP HIRE:
At Motutere Bay Top 10 Holiday Park we provide single kayaks, double kayaks and Stand up Paddle Boards (SUP) for hire. We are flexible with times depending on availability.KIOSK:
The following basics can be purchased from Reception's kiosk during reception operating hours:- Drinks and snack foods

- Gas
- Milk & bread
- Newspapers
- Pantry basics
- Fishing equipment & woodchip
LAUNDRY:
Washing machines and dryers are coin operated. See park map for location. Instructions for use are in the laundry.MESSAGES:
Messages will be taken at reception and delivered to guests whenever possible.NOISE:
Please be considerate of noise levels whilst staying within our park. Noise travels quite easily, so please keep this in mind and restrict noise between 10.30pm and 7am, when other guests may be sleeping.PARKING:
There is one vehicle permitted per site. Please do not block access ways for others. Alternative car/boat parking is available on request.PETS:
We accept up to two dogs on selected sites all year round, excluding Christmas Holidays and long weekends, so why not bring your fur baby with you. Approval must be obtained prior to booking and the final decision is at the managers' discretion. We do not charge extra for dogs, however; guests must comply with our dog-friendly policy.PLAYGROUND:
Children under 12 must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety. Playground hours are 7:30am to 9pm.POWERED SITES:
Caravans and Campervans must have a current electrical warrant of fitness and comply with LPG standards. If tenting, you must have connected a Residual Current Device (RCD). These are available for hire at reception if needed. Waste from portable toilets must be disposed of in one of the two dump stations provided (see map for locations).RECYCLING:
There are two recycling stations located in the park. Please refer to map.RUBBISH:
Please recycle! For general waste, please assist us with wrapping items in plastic bags and placing them in the bins provided throughout the park.RECEPTION:
